LATE DELIVERY ON BOSSES DAY!

Absolutely horrified at the service we got yesterday for bosses day, Placed an order at 11:15am on 15 October for bosses day for the next day, looked at the website the next day which stated that they had already packed the stuff on the 15th October. Called in at about 8am to find out if we would be receiving it shortly only for them to tell us they still had to pack the stuff? Anyways fast forward bosses' day is basically done, I'm calling all day to find out where the stuff is considering we placed the order so early I thought we would be one of those who got the delivery earlier?? NOPE! firstly they couldn't get hold of a driver, or had no access to call their drivers apparently! then I stayed on the phone for over 30minutes waiting for someone to give me some sort of clarification as to where the parcels were...At 4pm I call back asking how far it is... Driver is only now on his way to us, Only for them to arrive at 4:45pm with our parcel on the 16th October 2024 when everyone had already left for the day! Placed a expensive order as well for 4 bosses!!! Highly disappointed with the service we got let alone the deliver.. How can you not track your drivers!!!
