Late delivery of flowers

I ordered flowers for my wife in Cape Town for our anniversary from NetFlorist, to be delivered on Saturday March 21. I was informed that it could not be done because of a public holiday on March 21. However, the flowers were also not delivered on Monday 23! <br> This was after several e-mails requesting the delivery for March 21.<br> This is a don't-care attitude which took all the joy out of sending flowers to my wife on an important day. Save yourself the frustration and order flowers elsewhere
