LATE DELIVERY - NO SAME DAY

Flowers ordered for same day delivery on the 09 September. Received 10 September at 15:41. Why offer a service that you cannot supply. If you request same day it is because there is a reason. 10 September flowers no longer needed. You have been paid you are happy I am out of pocket and unhappy. Go figure.
