Late delivery!!!!!

My mom is happy with the product but yhoo the service was horrible.. It arrived a day and half late, after calling numerous times to find out why it's delayed and what's the hold up. I understand they used thrid party to deliver but I am their customer, who they send to deliver is not my business, the fact that they don't even bother communicating why is there a delay, I have to use my airtime and be put on hold till I drop and not get called back. Hay shame, I was veery disappointed with the service I received. The gift was supposed to be delivered at school, who doesn't know schools close early? My moms transport left her cuz she was waiting for the delivery. I will never use their services again!!!
