Late delivery - don't take our money and deliver late. State you are full

I ordered 6 May for delivery 13 May. Delivery arrived 15 May. 13 May the website indicated that the delivery is on it's way. With the timeline I expected that the delivery would be on time. Rather not take the orders and indicate that you are full instead of taking our money and have disappointed customers. Adding chocolates does not substitute a 2 day late delivery.
