Late Delivery Disappointment

I placed an order at 9 a.m. with the expectation of same-day delivery. The recipient was contacted about the parcel around 10 a.m., and to my dismay, the actual delivery didn't take place until 8 p.m. Consequently, the recipient was left waiting the entire day, starting from 10 in the morning. This level of delay is unquestionably unprofessional and has left me deeply disappointed. I have decided that I will not be making any future orders with Netflorist due to this experience.
