Late Delivery

Ordered a Father’s Day gift for delivery on the Friday which never arrived. After following up, I was told it would be delivered on the Saturday. As it was now a day late, I requested it be delivered before 11:30am as we were leaving for the long weekend. Got a rude reply to say they cannot say what time it will be delivered but it would be before 4pm. We delayed our trip and eventually it arrived at around 5pm!! Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
