Late delivery and then incorrect order arrives!

My order arrived incorrectly, instead on the label having the name it says Merry Christmas. <br> <br> As you can see from the order I filled in a name in the 1st block. And a xmas message in quadrants 1-4, the message arrived completely incorrectly. The quadrants aren't filled in and the message in quadrant 4 is the label message!!!! The name should have been Preston and that name doesn't appear anywhere on the label! <br> <br> Aside from delivery being 2 weeks late, I now have the incorrect message on the bottle. How do you get this wrong?<br> <br> I expect this to be resolved ASAP. Whilst I appreciate the complimentary it doesn't excuse the delay or the incorrect message. <br> <br> I will not wait until January 12 for resolution. I regularly use Netflorist and this last experience has left me very unhappy. <br>
