Late delivery and poor service

I have placed an order on the 7th of Jan for 14th of Feb valentines to surprise my special someone, the order was not delivered while on web was out for delivery since morning the driver/delivery guy named "Jonathan" even called to confirm address and said he will be here in few minutes, later chatted to their online support agent "Virgil" who said the package just left now around 6pm ,said for residence they deliver until 8pm and assured me it will be delivered but they didn't arrive not even a call to say they can't make it or something I'm highly disappointed this was my first time trying their services and I guess is my last time using their unprofessional services, the package got delivered late yesterday and the driver was rude in hurry as he got lost while there's a clear address not sure he even used GPS !!
