Late delivery and Low Quality Roses

I am so disappointed by the fact that the order tracking was so delayed and I could not view it at all and only to get notification from the driver that they are at the gate late in the afternoon and it still was showing that the item was not out for delivery. What made me more angry was to received an email at 6 in the morning the following day confirming that the flowers had just been dropped off which was incorrect. I am extremely disappointed by all of this and I can only feel sorry for everyone else that goes through this traumatic experience.
