Late delivery and forgot to add extra items

What a disappointment... Was my girlfriend birthday 3 of July and i even made the order 5 days before the time. I even paid extra money for them to delivery before 1 which they didn't even do. If i never phoned them at 3 i don't even think they would've delivered it. After speaking to them they promised they would deliver the other part which they forgot. On the 4 of July they were suppose to deliver the other part and what a surprise they forgot to deliver... if i could give them no stars i would do it.
