Late delivery and bad communication

Really pathetic service. Ordered a flower bunch on 7/1/2021, wanting to be early and ready for my mothers birthday on 12/1/2021, just to have them delivered at 18:10. They've been out for delivery since 11am, meaning while they sat wilting in the carriers bakkie, we were waiting. Really pathetic service and it will be the first and only time I will ever use them.
