Late delivery

Although the gifts they have are really nice, with the order I placed the day before for next day delivery, it was delivered after working hours. I specified that it is a business address, so it's not very nice that they think it's okay if something is delivered after working hours. What would have happened if there was no one there at that time to sign for it? Luckily someone was working late at the business and could sign for the gift. Not cool.
