Late Delivery

I placed an order 5 days in advance and requested the order to be done before 11am, no one called me back to let me know that it cannot be done. The call centre is so useless, she tells me that they cannot specify a time, why couldn't they not tell me this 5 days earlier when I made the request. Such pathetic service, me nor my company will ever use netflorist ever again.
