Late delivery

Placed a same delivery order for today and they promised to deliver but they failed. My order was placed 10:30. I followed up with a telephone call and they promised to be on time at 4 o'clock they delivered the flowers late to my wife and she left work already. I think ****y email to write a good service on hello peter they are a company that do not even respond they contributed to a disastrous day
