Late Delivery

I ordered a Valentines special bouquet on the 12th for delivery on the 14th, but it was only delivered on the 15th after noon. When I voiced my dissatisfaction the only answer I was given was: "Please be advised that order was out for delivery on the 14th but however the driver arrived after working hours This is why it was only delivered the next day We do apologize for the inconvenience caused"

The worst part was that it was for the receivers birthday!
