Late delivery

FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH NETFLORIST.... and I guess this is the last time I am going to use their service. I bought roses for my wife to be delivered at work, not been delivered even now... She has left the office, because she was tired of waiting..... Thank you NETFLORIST for ruining what was supposed to be a perfect day for my wife and I... LESSON LEARNT!
