Late Delivery

Ordering Early you would think you will get Early Delivery, This is the 3rd time this is happening. It's was for My Mother's Birthday For Heaven's Sake...Sh*t, I am very upset!!! They were not even updating me on the Status until I tracked and called them why the order is still on "Order Being Processed" at 11:30... I even mentioned that the person is leaving offices around 13:30 and this order was made on the 28th Of September 2017 for the 9th Of October 2017... The other order other was also delivered the following Day... ***!!!!
