LATE DELIVERY!

The gift I ordered for my mother was delivered a day late, I did not receive an email or text message saying the package would be delayed. I had to phone to follow up what was happening. My mother should have received courtesy flowers for this delay as she was waiting at home the entire day on the 14th for nothing. Very disappointed about this, especially because the delivery fee is R139.95 to Port Elizabeth which is a City and not some rural area in the middle of nowhere
