Last time I use a company like you....

I am incredibly insulted by the level of service received from Netflorist. I say insulted because you charge an exorbitant rate for something I could get elsewhere for a fraction of the price, yet I paid you for the convenience factor. The convenience that you have now taken and thrown out of the window. This was a gift for someone very special to us on a once in a lifetime occasion, and you have wasted our time and theirs by *****ing up the order, and delivering it late on top of that.

It took us several phone calls and an inordinate amount of wasted time to try help you get this right, and somehow, you STILL failed to do as requested.

You guys are an absolute joke - none of the gifts arrived together, none of them were labelled and didn't have the notes that we requested (so the recipients had NO idea who they came from), they blamed us for your system inadequacy and terrible processes saying that we never provided a photo (WE DID!) and your staff are rude and try referencing policy to cover for their failure.
