The last thing you can proud yourself in is the statement on your website:

At NetFlorist we aim to please - our commitment to you is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products and service.

I ordered a Carrol Boyes Recipe Book Stand on 24 March 2020. It was promised to be delivered on 25 March. A call center agent phoned me to say that the item is currently delayed at customs and they will deliver on 26 March prior to lockdown.

This item was a purchase as a gift for my mother as a last minute lockdown surprise. Delivery was done on the 26th of March, only for my mother to find a Carrol Boyes tea infuser when she opened the gift. QUITE EMBARRASSING to say the least, due to the fact that she does not even drink tea, why would her daughter buy her this???

So once again Netflorist ******s up an order. This is the 2nd time as they also got my Secretaries Day order wrong for our office staff.

I made contact with Netflorist the evening of 26 March and received the following reply.

"Thank you for contacting us and disclosing your dissatisfaction with the gift arrangement delivered. We would like to express our deepest regret for the inconvenience caused by this mistake. We sincerely apologize that our service was substandard and did not meet up to your expectations. We take full responsibility for the error and we guarantee that this incident is being investigated further to ensure improved service delivery. There was an error in the hampers department when the hampers were packed e busy investigating as to what went wrong in this regard,

Due to the lockdown of 21 days the company is closed at the moment and therefore we unable to arrange for collect and exchange, I can only arrange for that on the 20th of April,

I sincerely do apologize for unprofessionalism in this regard and in the manner, this order was delivered"

So when e-commerce ban was lifted last week I was following up on the promised made by Netflorist on the 27th of March.

Candice Arens emailed me on 14 May 2020 the following:

"Ticket: ORDER : ***

Good Day

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in response in this regard,

I emailed the hampers department so they can arrange for collect and exchange to be done on the item no later than Monday"

Only to receive a email 8 minutes later:

"Good Day

I received feedback now that the product is no longer available in stock due to the lockdown we battling to get stock available,

We can either offer a voucher to the full value to place an order for something else or we can process a refund instead,

I sincerely do apologize for the disappointment and poor level of service this has caused,

Trust this information finds you well, this query will now be resolved or closed"

This is beyond unacceptable and have made contact with their client call center on Friday 15 May after a 15minute phone call and holing on, the agent promised me he would phone back with a solution and or explanation as to WHAT HAPPEND TO THE PRODUCT BEING IN STOCK PRIOR TO LOCKDOWN AND NOW. Well it is 2 days later, still no feedback not the returned call or even an email.

I am not interested in a voucher from Netflorist or the refund. I bought a product available and in stock prior to lockdown and I want the correct product delivered as promised per the email on 27 March.

Much disgusted and disappointed Netflorist client.

Absolutely NO power in your flower Netflorist
