Good day.

Major mess up on your end(Netflorist), order number ********** 16 was made in the morinig(2019/04/01), at about 10am i called in to follow up as to when the order would be delivered to which Warren D informed me between 1pm and 2 pm. now i call at 15:18 and i see that the order has still not been delievered.

Warren D my brother you are ****ing me now the reciepent is leaving work at 16:00 and she still has not recieved her parcel. Had you been truthful from the get go i would have gone to a florist bought the flowers myself and delivered them personally. The lady i spoke with now says to me they is nothing she can do.

So now this young lady will not recieve her birthday flowers which will intern have a negative effect on me later on .

I am beyond done with Netflorist not to be recomended !
