Not only did your team fail to deliver the most important item, but you also made no effort to notify me of the error—presumably because I wasn’t the recipient. Had I not followed up, I wouldn’t have known about the incomplete delivery at all. Your refusal to take accountability, provide urgent updates, or expedite a correction is unacceptable. This was your mistake, and yet you’ve shown zero urgency or professionalism in resolving it. I expect immediate action to rectify this failure—starting with priority delivery of the missing item and a full explanation of how this was allowed to happen.
