LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I ordered two things from you. They were suppose to be delivered at the same address and same date but now one is delivered on the required date and the other is now will be delivered tomorrow. None of you are communicating on why you are delivering at a different date but both the parcels need to be delivered the same day. You are not professional and lack communication. Please help me understand this messed up work of yours. It’s a Mother’s Day gift and you are just ruining it.
