K*k service and product

What a terrible service. I orderd 2 items. One gets delivered and then 30min later the second one. The one item looks like it is a printed pot plant but the actual item its just a sticker on a pot. The driver spoiled the surprise when she contacted my fiance for delivery. The first item they said it wil be delivered with a chocolate, but it came with some sort of cake. This is the second time i used netflorist and both times the *****ed up. Never again. Would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
