Just won't deliver

<p>On the 27th of Oct i placed an order to be deliverd on the 29th Oct, i called on the 29th of Oct i called to check how far my gift was, I was told its with the driver.</p> <p> </p> <p>On The 31st my gift was not Delivered, i called only to be told they dont deliver in my area. I than requested a refund, the told me it will take 5 to 7 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 7th I CALLED only to be told they need proof of payment, which i do not have as i paid using a debit card on thier website.</p> <p> </p> <p>They promised to refund me, I than CALLED on Thursday, only to be told Moniqu whom is incharge of refunds will call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime i ask to be put through to a manager or supervisor im being given the run arounds. Now its two weeks without my refund!</p>
