Just spoilt everything

<p>What a pethetic service. I placed an order for my wife. I meant to supprise her with some flowers. It is now almost 5pm and no flowers where delivered. I intended to take her out for supper but you guys ****ed the mood. very disapointed and will not advise anyone to use your service ever again. and this is not the first time you guys messed up one of our orders.</p>
