Just poor service

I have been using NetFlorist a number of years and has spent a lot of money with them, but something that irks me tremendously is the fact that not all their products are available in all major cities. Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth and some other large cities cannot receive Lindt chocolate gifts for instance. It's not like Lindt chocolates are not sold there or cannot be sourced there!!!??? This is SO frustrating!!!
