JUST A TERRIBLE COMPANY

Placed my order on the 9th to make sure my order gets delivered in time on this what is meant to be a special day. Thank you NETFLORIST for yet another disappointment. and ruining valentines day i could have gone to stodels bought the same plant for R80 and the balloon for R20 and have it delivered myself. But why if you have businesses like yours. This will be the very last time i even take the time to look at your adverts. Actualy quite sad how many people depended on your service today and was just let down. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Prime example why we should stick to the delivery services that actually still believe in service and not be all about the money. Thanks for nothing
