Jewellery

I bought a necklace and the way it was packaged it was just a mess and not properly done... I had to spend 2 hours trying to resolve the mess because Neflorist just trown the necklace in a small bag instead of placing it nicely on a box in a way that it won't be a mess like all other jewellery stores do.
