Items Not Delivered as Agreed and Paid For !!!

I had placed an order for delivery on Friday. To date I have still not received all my items. Netflorist has been misinforming me that the order is dispatched, that its is currently on the way...days pass and the order is not received. When I call again then I am informed that they are out of stock...did they run out of stock while driving to my premises???<br> You have inconvenienced me, I have to take time of work to call you, honestly what kind off service do you guys offer??? Your staff are obviously thought to lie and deceive customers, because I have received numerous stories from many individuals. <br> I have requested a refund and just know I will have hassles with that too because Netflorist is a bunch of *********** and ************* people. The are here to take your money and run, that's how they have developed into such a big company, by *****ing. <br> NETFLORIST...PAY BACK THE MONEY.
