Item ordered and payed for, not available

<p>I ordered and payed for the Castle Larger customized gift pack. A week later and two days before the delivery was supposed to have been made, they let me know that this item is actually not available! Why is this item on their website and why does it take them a week to figure it out? Obviously my dad will now not recieve a birthday gift in time, thanks to Netflorist!!!</p>
