Is #NetFlosrist getting to big for their boots?
WOW! Is NetFlorist getting to big for its boots? Ordered a small cheese and wine gift to send to family in the UK on the 15th of December for delivery on the 23rd of December, of course it did not arrive! I phoned them on the 24th to inquire what had happened only for the call agent to tell me he would have to email the florist as they were not taking his calls and that it would take 50 minutes approx after which he would call me back - I'm still waiting. I left to the coast for a weeks holiday and then phoned again on the 31st of December only to be told the same thing to which I insisted that someone call me to give feedback and was told there line are too busy to phone me back and the would email me. email was received later that day to say 'Sorry - florist in the UK is closed and would only re-open on the 15th January' nothing we can do! I am sure you can imagine my anger. I called back and, again after waiting for 20 minutes to get through, I requested a immediate refund and demanded it be in my account by the next day as they certainly would not have entertained my order if I had told them the refund would take 5 days - they processed the refund (apparently)! Today, the 5th January 2021 I have not received a refund and when calling them to ask for proof of payment and was told sorry refund done but can't send you that! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the escalation manager is on the floor but busy and could not talk to me. I also could not hold but was welcome to send a mail of complaint if I wished! I might not be a cash *** for you #Netflorist but I will certainly take my small occasional contributions to your coffers elsewhere - I have since found that there are actually numerous other companies I can use more effectively for the same purpose and which would be happy for my business. As seen from other complaints against them on this site, I doubt even this will warrant any feedback from them, but I sincerely hope their affiliates will start to reconsider bringing there own names into disrepute as a result of their bad service.
