Is it really worth using netflorist

Ordered flowers for same day delivery, Was told it would be delivered between 16H13 and 16H33, at 17H08 I received to misscalls( phone rang once) from netflorist. They failed to deliver on the time stated and on the delivery date. The tracking system does not provide enough information and the communication from netflorist is poor. If you require something that's urgent you maybe better of paying alittle extra and using your local florist or delivery company to avoid the disappointed
