Inept Logistics Management

Since this is not the first time that this has happened, I feel it is time to add my review to NetFlorist's track record.

They have all the necessary details available ito where you want to send your order, as well as the type of address. (School office etc)

The fact that they are then unable to manage their logistics and try to deliver an order (placed at 07:35) to a school at 16:50 on a Friday is laughably inept.

It is a pity, as the call center agent I dealt with tried their best to apologize.

Furthermore, they are still one of the few irresponsible companies that explicitly store passwords and seem to use no Hashing security of any kind.

NetFlorist, you seriously need to get on top of your business.
