Incorrect quantity of Old flowers delivered

<p>Extremely disappointed with the level of quality from Netflorist regarding their product. I ordered a bunch of 12 roses to be delivered to my mom, only to discover that they billed me for 12 roses but delivered 10 SUB-STANDARD (READ: OLD) ROSES. </p> <p> </p> <p>Netflorist, a R100 gift voucher will not compensate for a stuff up on a R450 order - I expect what I paid for. 12 Fresh Roses.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
