Incorrect product delivered

I ordered a baby boy teddy bear with scarf to be delivered together with a dozen roses. The teddy that was delivered did not include a baby boy marking or a scarf. When I queried this I was told that they did not have stock of the correct item and they used the closest teddy they had to what was ordered.<br> <br> While they acknowledged they should have contacted me to advise me that they did not have stock of what was ordered it's a huge disappointment that I was not contacted. I would rather have chosen another item or not have a teddy delivered.
