Incorrect plants, charges shipping for every item you add to your basket.

The item I ordered consisted of multiple plants, 4 in total in one "pot" ,the pot was made of cardboard, one of the plants was not even in the pot, it had something completely different in there. They also have a ridiculous system where they add you shipping for every item, even it everything goes to the exact same shipping address. They say that is just how they work. I am not impressed.
