Incorrect Order with no Compensation

I placed an order for a Man Crate which, according to the description on website and on the packaging, it was supposed to contain fruit and nuts as well as biltong along with a bottle of wine.

When the client received the package, the packet stating fruit and nuts had crackers and corn inside.

When i called to query the delivery, the consultant told me that they need to see proof that the product was incorrect before they can replace it. The client has already consumed all the products and according to netflorist there is now nothing they can do.

The image displayed on the website as well as the actual packaging states Fruit and Nuts however they do not contain fruit or nuts. This is very misleading and the fact that they are not willing to exchange my purchase is unacceptable.

Further to this the quality of the biltong was extremely poor and i was told that they would give me delivery voucher and that is the only way they can compensate me.
