Incorrect Order Delivered

I ordered a bunch of red roses for my girlfriend along with her favourite chocolate/sweet, Sally Willaims Nougat. These were supposed to be delivered to her work place on Friday, 7th August 2015. She was having a bad morning and I was hoping that this would help cheer her up. I chose Netflorist because they are usually very reliable and prompt. On this day however, they were neither of those. Firstly, the delivery got to her late in the afternoon, after 4pm, and worst of all they did not deliver the correct order. The flowers were fine but they did not include the nougat which was really disappointing. This is very unprofessional as i paid for the item and it was not delivered. This was certainly poor service and I would like a full refund!
