Incorrect item supp**** even after saying no thank

I placed an order on the net for an Ice Watch - White Purple Small. Got a call from sales person in NetJewel department to say no stock but they have a PINK one in stock, so I said no thank you can you just refund me as I have paid for it. So this morning a delivery arrives and its the watch. So I think well maybe the Purple one is back in stock. No the PINK watch has arrived that I said no too. So now I have to run after them, to first of all collect the item and then when they receive the item my refund hopefully happens.
