incorrect item and bad service

we ordered a happy healthy hamper that was suppose to have a get well balloon instead a happy birthday balloon was sent. Please be advised if we hadn't changed the address you would have embarrassed us as a company because the recipient had actually passed away on the Sunday. Had we know he was going to pass away we would have not sent him a gift. it took 2 days to delver this hamper because we had an address change.
