Incorrect item

Very disappointed with my order received and how it was handled afterwards is shocking.

After multiple emails complaining about my order and receiving no feedback, I chatted with them today and they confirmed I used the correct email addresses but they did not received it. So they missed 5 emails, and now because 48 hours have passed there is nothing they can do.

Shocking customer service. Be hesitant when ordering
