Incorrect gift delivered BAD experience

I requested a congratulations delivery to be sent to a business address, Netflorist delivered a \Happy Birthday"experience. This resulted in total embarrassment. <br> <br> I spent 20 minutes on the telephone to try and resolve with no resolution then got an email responding to my email and no resolution"
