Incorrect Flowers delivered on VALENTINES DAY!!!

I placed my order for Flowers and Nougat for my wife for Valentines day, the flowers arrived on time at her office on the Friday. However, the wrong flowers arrived and no nougat was delivered!! I called Netflorist on the Saturday and they said they would send the correct ones on Monday morning, I had to accept this. On Monday, the wrong flowers were delivered AGAIN!! AND AGAIN NO NOUGAT!!!!! I then requested a refund for this purchase as I really felt like an idiot towards my wife!! Cancellation was requested! I now need to find time in my busy day and look for flowers for my wife after I thought Netflorist was there to take care of these type of things for there loved ones!! I will never use or recommend Netflorist AGAIN!!!!
