Incorrect flower order- for a 70 year old and not my 30 year old partner

Ordered my partner beautiful colourful roses to be delivered as a surprise to her work. Very important week for her and this sets the tone for the remainder surprises I have planned. Netflorist delivered the wrong order- a bunch of flowers that you would give your 70 year old grandmother- we are 30.

This is not the first time they have delivered the incorrect order and all they do is discount the delivery fee.

Not happy about this at all!!!
