incorrect floral arrangement

On 15 October, I ordered a floral arrangement for a birthday same day delivery. I ordered pink and white roses in pink celo for R139 plus R69 delivery fee. To my shock I receive a thank you from the birthday girl- for white roses wrapped in green crepe paper!! Even worse was the card with no message!!!! This is extremely frustrating and disappointing as I am a regular NetFlorist customer. Had the lady not sent me a picture of the flowers (Which were dry and wilting) , i would not have known that the incorrect delivery had been made.....and worse that my card was BLANK!!!! I am deeply disappointed in Netflorist and doubt that I would use them again,<br> <br> Regards, <br> Veruschka
