Incorrect Delivery - client to collect goods!

Hi! I am exceptionally livid with your pathetic service! I had ordered an orchid for delivery to my friend who had moved into her new home. I received notification that it was delivered to her at 10h30 but when I chatted to her she received no such gift. I called your call centre and the agent who upset me further- said it was delivered to Gloria at number 36 ( keeping in mind my friend was not contacted and there was someone at home she assured me) and also your email had said it was delivered to her. When I asked what was to be done about it she casually told me to tell my friend that she could go and collect it at number 36. Are you people daft? I did not pay R65 delivery fee for someone to deliver the gift elsewhere without even contacting my friend as to her whereabouts. This should not be allowed! In the meantime Gloria can enjoy the orchid I purchased.
