Incorrect delivery and no reply

I have never experienced such horrible service before! I ordered a gift off netflorist. It was suppose arrive on the 4 August so I waited around for it and it never came. I emailed and they apologized and it is prioritized delivery for the next day which turned out not be true as the gift only arrived in the afternoon. Once I received the gift I opened it and it was the incorrect product! I have tried getting a hold of Netflorist but I am recieving no replies to my emails!
