INCORRECT DELIVERY

<p>On the 4th of August i ordered chocolates and a balloon to be delivered to a friend for his birthday on the 15th of August. Order nr: ********** 71</p> <p>The chocolates consisted of a personalized box of chocolates in the name of Paul and a box of Ferrero Roche.</p> <p>What he did receive was a balloon and a box of chocolates with the name Charlene on it. After NUMEROUS phone calls the correct box of chocolates was delivered today only - THREE days later.... and NO sign of the Ferrero Roche.</p> <p>I am so incredibly disappointed in the service i recieved. I wanted to make someone feel special on their birthday and it has only been mishap after mishap.</p>
